Instant Pot collects only the information needed to respond to appliance sourcing inquiries, prepare RFQ follow-up and improve communication with potential buyers. This may include your name, email, company, target market, product category, expected volume and project notes.
We use inquiry details to evaluate category fit, prepare sourcing questions, coordinate sample discussions and provide relevant follow-up. We do not sell inquiry information. If your project requires discussion with engineering, packaging or certification partners, we share only the details needed to answer the specific sourcing question.
RFQ messages and related communication may be retained so we can manage follow-up, compare future revisions and support reorder conversations. You may request that we delete non-contract inquiry information when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable organizational measures to limit access to inquiry information. No website transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so confidential drawings, formulas or unreleased brand material should be shared under an NDA and through an agreed channel.
For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. We will review requests related to access, correction or deletion of inquiry information within a reasonable business timeframe.
